In the unfortunate event you need to cancel, 100% of the security deposit is non-refundable. If lessee wishes to change the date of the event, lessee shall provide a written notice to management no more that 30 days before lessees event date. Only management can approve this change as long as the date requested is available. Because we book the space every day, timely notice of the date change shall result in preserving lessee's event deposit.

Yes, alcohol is allowed in our event space. However, we require a licensed insured/bonded bartender to serve alcohol and follow all state and local laws as well as cleet certified security guard or police officer present until all guest leave and doors lock.
